I sign up for a lot of daily emails from wellness-health-beauty-related websites. I’m just always looking for that little gem. I do end up canceling most of them because they are way off the mark of what I am looking for. But this site has not disappointed me yet. Vital Juice Daily is just full of really cool and useful information from some very clever gals and I’m really just digging it. There are links to products, hints, tips on everything from healthier beauty product alternatives to recipes to instructions on how to use modified feng shui to get your home flowing better for you and yours. I like it because while I’m trying to live a “greener” existence, I also love love love luxury and won’t forgo one for the other (and really, am I the only one?) I’ve even gone so far as to create a specialized folder just for them in my email inbox because I tend to hang on to a lot of their emails to refer to later on. The site is really easy to use and since I am on this new quest to get my house (not my actual house, but my life) in order, I’m finding their tips to be really vital. Ha ha. Get it? Vital Juice Daily? Check it out. You just might like it…

Hi … this is a guy. Okay … I’ll wait here while you wipe the coffee off the screen.
I’d like to suggest two unlikely (seeming) products for zit control … Betadine Surgical Scrub and witch hazel straight from the bottle. You wash the Betadine (get the SCRUB … not the Solution … the solution doesn’t lather up) on and rinse it off like regular liquid soaps … but it absolutely clobbers the bacteria that make zits a horrible reality for most teens.
A cotton swab and some witchhazel handle the slippery spots that show up during the day. Unlike the “benzlkonium can’tpronounceit” stuff, witch hazel contains minimal weird ingredients. No fear of birth defects 20 years later.
The Betadine comes from the pharmacy and you may have to special order it. Try a 4 oz bottle first … it’s expensive, but just a few drops works up a healthy lather. Then order a quart if you decide you like it.
Worked with my two sons who were DEFINITELY losing the war on acne. Minimal drying … next to no zits (NO zits at all when they were diligent).
Got grandkids by the younger one … so I’m sure it worked!
Okay! I, too, sign up for lots of daily emails and then ditch them shortly after… I’m gonna give it a go! Looks like a good resource…
