Hi there, I was checking my mail and saw a link for your post. It said "chic mommy" "a stylish mommy writes about life...." Ok I got excited I thought maybe there would be some real advise. However after reading it I discovered that your blog was like the rest. Who can relate to this stuff! When so many mothers are working and/or single and struggling to get by, they don't want to hear about Target or your nanny and guesthouse. Now don't get me wrong, I am not trying to take anything from you. You have been blessed with a good life it seems and seem to be in a great financial situation. But if you are going to claim to help moms, then do it! Talk about something real, something of importance. Something that can really help a mom get through her day and help with her kids. But I guess when you are a stay at home mom, with a nanny you don't have much else to do but talk about your shopping sprees online. Now this response is only based off of what I read in your post today, if I am mistaken about you, I apologize in advance.

Thanks.

Melissa, I remember one of your posts a few weeks ago where you mentioned the change of seasons wrecking havoc on your dry skin. In the same post you detailed how it's only in the cooler/cold weather that you're in need of lotion, well for most folks of color, we need lotion all day, every day and I found this great stuff at Whole Foods. It's ShiKai's Borage Dry Skin Therapy. I got it for the kids when the chlorine from daily visits to the pool started to cause patches of rashes on Olivia's skin. it is a bit pricey and I'm not sure if its ingredients i are on your ban list, but it's done wonders around here.
