I just can't ever get them 100% smooth and chap-free. It drives me nuts. I must have a million lip balms all over the house, my car, etc. But there's just not one that's really done it for me. It's a keeper too and I wear it over the 99 cent Wet 'n Wild lip liner you introduced me to...now if I could just keep that dang thing sharpened and quit scratching my lips trying to put it on when it's down to the nub.
