I loved the part about the yummy cheeks. I want to see them too! On another note, it’s so wonderful to read about how you and your husband share a common vision of how and where to raise your children. it’s rare to find such accord and even more to be able to realize this joint dream. Can I say how happy I am for you and your family? Because I am. Keep on enjoying and thank you for letting me participate vicariously on the adventure through your blog. I too want to photographs at your earliest possible convenience. I wish I could help you unpack. I’m good at that.

What a thrill and new adventure. My hubby introduced me to skiing and I fell in love. I am an East Coast Girl but I believe the best snow can be found in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah. My 5 year old already said he is going to grow up find a nice girl and live in Colorado! He too has the ski gene.
Can’t wait to see you new view.

Wow. I know what you mean….again. This recent “dream come true” move we made also includes a 10 minute drive to the slopes. Just last week I was alone on a lift and I actually cried because I was so happy to be there. I haven’t skiied for about 15 years, but apparently I haven’t lost my love of it. Made me feel like a kid again!
You will LOVE it too!!!

I didn’t get bit by the ski bug until I was in law school. I did it to keep my then-boyfriend, now Hubby, company. I am NOT athletic and didn’t think I’d like it. I LOVE IT. Even aside from the skiing, I love the quiet and serenity at the top of the mountain, the blaze of the fire in the ski lodge, I even love my ski jacket (now about 6 years old and I’m not giving it up until I have to). You are so lucky to have that as a part of your life now, not just a weekend here and there to plan and wait for.

Pea and Coco will make the sweetest little ski bunnies!
