Hi Melissa!!

I’ve missed you all!! I’m finally on the mend from the flu. I’m catching up with my reading and I totally understand what you’re going through. Ty turned 2 on the 8th and he’s so much a boy now and not my little baby. But he was in the 50th for height and only the 18th for weight. So we have to go back in a few months for review as well. It shocked me because Kendall is like Pea in that she’s in the 98th for height and something like the 50th for weight. So I immediately thought something was wrong when his numbers weren’t nearly as impressive. Our pedi has him on 1/2 of a chewable vitamin daily just to supplement anything he *may* be missing in his diet.

I’m so glad you found a pedi so quickly! That makes life with kids so much easier.

Your little girl is so very beautiful and distinguished looking Melissa. I love the upturned collar. How nice that you love your pediatrician. The relief that finding one whom you can like so much is indescribable.

Just had to share. I am sitting here reading your blog & my daughter, who is also one, wandered up. She loves looking at pics, so I said, “That is Coco.” Now she is busy saying “Coco” and pointing at all the pics. She is very social & loves interacting. Just thought it was cute.

Anyway, I know what you mean. When Bean started walking I thought I lost my baby, but I make sure to tell her all the time that she will be forever my “Baby Girl.” I still make sure to get snuggle time in before she goes to bed. I love those precious moments.
