Her blog is lunchinabox.net. Good Luck! I wish I enjoyed this as much as you do. Packing my girls lunches is nothing but a thorn in my side! For my pre-schooler it is a little easier because they will "heat up", but my oldest just started kindergarten and there is no access to microwaves in public schools, anywhere, that I know of. But, I have been racking my brain to come up with some healthy lunches. Oh, and don't even get me started on the school lunch menu! Hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken nuggets! They teach kids about healthy lifestyles (which is a big step I guess) but what about practicing what they preach! Anyway, GOOD LUCK! Let us know how it goes. Lunch is the hardest meal for me (I've been packing for Bear since he was 1 year old) because you have to worry about food temperature, variety, etc. And Bear doesn't like sandwiches, so that eliminates everything I grew up with.
