As we’re working on Pea’s room, I’ve been scouring shops for artwork that will grow with her. And I think I’ve written about this Etsy shop before, but briefly and in passing. But it deserves more. Mummy Sam is just about my favorite place for kid’s artwork. Sophisticated but still childish subjects. Gorgeous colors that grow with a room. And accessories that up the style factor of any chair of bed. Such as the dolls. Or the pillows. And if you’re taking cost into consideration, her prints of pieces that she’s made are just as delightful as an original, and a steal at $15. We now have three wall hangings and three pillows, and these pieces have become among my favorites. I’m not done collecting. A doll is next. One for each girl. These are pieces that I’m certain my girls will save and pass down to their own children, an idea that I just love.
