My BF works <strong>all</strong> the time and when he's not working he's doing side jobs. I would <em>love</em> an au pair or a nanny or just an extra set of hands. Especially with Bug running around here getting into things (like the day he decided to color all over Drama Queens wall with my eye liner...super fun!). But alas, I can't do that. So it just me, stuck in the house with 3 kids driving me straight to the nut house! I don't blame you for bringing someone in for a little extra help :). And I'm <strong>loving</strong> that chart you got for Pea. I, myself, am having a rough time with my 2 older ones, maybe I should check into this and see if someone has one around here.
