What is it about cupcakes that has so captivated me?

After days of searching on-line for a suitable bakery to create my husband’s birthday cake during one of our stays to visit him in Vancouver, I finally hit the jackpot when I found the most beautiful website featuring nothing but cupcakes…

Sadly, I was unable to order my husband’s birthday cupcakes from Coco Cake when we were in Vancouver, as the genius behind them, Lyndsay, was not in town during our first visit. And was I ever bummed! Look at her magnificent creations!

Seriously, if you are in the Vancouver area, you must order some up. They are so amazing to look at, I can only imagine that they melt in your mouth.

I wish I could order them in lieu of a birthday cake for Coco’s upcoming third birthday party, but something tells me they’d never make the trip from B.C. to Utah intact.
