lip slip…

It’s the time of the year wherein my skin dries out and tortures me with it’s itchy, unhealthy qualities. Ahh. Autumn in the high desert.

These times of the year, I’m all about oils and lip balms. They are a necessity.

My I-keep-a-tube-in-everything-I-own: Smith’s Rosebud Salve. But not the old one, in a pot. No, they’ve improved on something I thought could not be improved upon. They’ve put their miracle dry everything cure in a tube! No more dirty fingers dipping into the pot, over and over… And it’s still only $6!

My slightly-more-polished lip balm addiction: Sara Happ’s Lip Slip. My goodness, this stuff tastes delicious, has a slight shimmer to it (barely noticeable to the eye, yet creates the illusion of fullness on my non-existent lips) and keeps chapping at bay.

And for the skin on my body, it’s Britt Beautiful Skin, all the way. It’s about more than just moisturizing, it’s about circulation, keeping the largest organ of our body healthy. This is divine…
